"Long, Lush Lashes" & lies...
But on today’s episode of lies brands tell, I have not noticed a darn thing.
I’ve only had lash extensions a total of three times in my entire life. They’re cool for vacations and such but I don’t necessarily need to be that cute all the time to wear them consistently. I also hate when I have three extensions just chilling on my eyelid while the other is basically bald.
Anywaysss, I got my lashes done in February and OMG what a struggle. Not going to get too deep about it but fast forwarding to the removal process, it was gross. By time the false lashes came off, some of my actual lashes were missing too and I was petrified. My natural lashes are nice, but not nice enough for them to be throwing up the peace sign.
Based on this experience, I IMMEDIATELY went to Google to see what the best lash serum to use is to help them grow back. “Behold!”, the internet said. I was introduced to GrandeLash-MD Lash Enhancing Serum. This product boasts that within 4-6 weeks, your lashes will be 97 percent more visible and longer. While the disclaimer states, “results may very,” 97 percent is a rather high percentage. Needless to say, I was interested.
The serum came on March 14, 2019 and I was so excited to try it out. I thoroughly read the mini brochure provided in the packaging and followed the directions to a T. All you have to do is apply it to your clean lash line before bed and boom — in a month you should be popping. But on today’s episode of lies brands tell, I have not noticed a darn thing. I mean my lashes grew back in because that’s how life goes, but I have not noticed any significant difference. It’s funny though because their site says 100 percent of peeps found this product easy to use. Um…okay (and insert the Waka meme).
I spent $65 on what I’m claiming is a faulty product. I’m still using it because I have it and I’m not wasteful but i’m coming to you as a friend and telling you my experience. Everyone is different, it may work for you. But if I can help you keep some change in your pockets I will. Please feel free to hit me with any suggestions if you have any to help my lashes be great.
